Payment is made when the online booking is completed.

Bank transfer fee(In case of a bank transfer)

■ Timing of payment

By credit card: We follow the terms of payment of　a credit company that the guest use
By bank transfer： within 5days after the guest receive the confirmation of reservation(In case of we agree)

■ Cancelation charge

Depends on each stay plan. Please refer to the page of Accommodation Contract for further details.
